Berliner Kolleg Kalter Krieg
Knesebeckstraße 83
10623 Berlin

Invitation only.

The Berlin Center for Cold War Studies' monthly Brown Bag Breakfasts provide an opportunity for young scholars to present their PhD and postdoc projects and to discuss them with a small circle of peers and experts. The breakfasts offer room for constructive feedback, networking and academic inspiration.

Alison Kraft has published widely on the history of science, particularly the life sciences, and the relationship between science, politics, and the state in the nuclear age. Her current project builds on earlier work on the history of Pugwash in Britain.

She is a research fellow at the Berlin Center for Cold War Studies in 2017/2018.
